Inside, the property centres around a grand entrance hall leading to a series of spacious living and dining areas. Two large lounges provide plenty of room to unwind, one featuring a cosy fireplace and the other a large TV and air conditioning for added comfort. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining table for eight, while the formal dining room is perfect for long leisurely meals together. Five inviting bedrooms accommodate guests comfortably, several with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, creating a restful atmosphere throughout the home.

Outside, Hacienda Preciosa truly comes into its own. A charming internal courtyard with a covered terrace invites alfresco dining beneath the Andalusian sky, while the elevated private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and countryside views of olive groves. A barbecue area and shaded cabana offer the ideal setting for lazy afternoons in the sunshine where you can come together as friends and family and talk about the day!

The owners of this gorgeous home were charmed by its beauty and atmosphere, finding something unique in the setting amongst centuries-old olive trees. The historical, even eternal, dimension this lends to the house, along with the wonderful location near Carmona and Seville, led them to choose it as their family home for many years before deciding to share it with guests from around the world. 

Surrounded by peaceful Andalusian countryside, Hacienda Preciosa enjoys a wonderfully rural setting near the small town of Marchena, an authentic town with a religious and historic heritage, offering guests the chance to fully switch off and embrace the slower pace of southern Spain. Olive groves, rolling farmland, and quiet country roads define the landscape here, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking privacy, relaxation, and authentic local charm away from the crowds. 

Despite its tranquil and remote atmosphere, there is much to visit nearby. Carmona, just thirty kilometres away, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia. The owners of Hacienda Preciosa highly recommend it for days spent exploring its monasteries, churches, museum and Roman archaeological sites - it's a must see!

The vibrant city of Seville can be reached in around one hour by car, and as the ancient saying goes, "Those who have not seen Seville do not know what a marvel is". The owners particularly suggest going to see the Alcázar and the Giralda, and then just strolling through the streets and parks to soak up the beauty of the city that writers and poets have praised over the centuries. If you stop off for some tapas, the owner suggests trying ajoblanco, salmorejo, rice dishes and oxtail. With colourful plazas, traditional flamenco performances, lively tapas culture and rich Moorish heritage, the character of Spain is unmistakable in Seville. 

Every year in July, one of the most prestigious Flamenco events in Spain is held just 6 kilometres away, in La Puebla de Cazalla. The festival comprises of a full week of cultural programming, including flamenco art exhibitions, documentary screenings, lectures, and traditional gastronomy tastings, culminating in a breathtaking performance by renowned cantaores (singers), guitarists, and bailaores (dancers). For guests staying during July, you simply mustn't miss it!
