About this property

Drawing inspiration from the great outdoors, Binibeca Caipirinha seamlessly weaves natural materials with chic design to create a unique villa. There is a luxurious sundeck complete with a bubbling jacuzzi. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your complimentary champagne and admire the views that stretch over a nature reserve all the way to the ocean.

The azure plunge pool is designed in an infinity style, next to a lush green lawn and sun loungers for guest use. Take a refreshing swim, shaded by trees and enjoy the Balearic sunshine. There is a covered garage with space for two cars and extra parking spaces by the trellis.

Step indoors into the spacious living area, which is characterised with an elegant marble spiral staircase.

Bright and airy, the stylish room has modern furniture and glossy cream floors. Plush white sofas provide a comfortable space to relax and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen television. Natural materials are used throughout, such as a pair of semi-circle shaped bamboo armchairs. Draping plants add a touch of greenery, while seashell ornaments add a charming touch.

The stylish monochrome kitchen is fully equipped with sleek silver appliances to create delicious family feasts. There are an oven, blender and a coffee maker, as well as a glossy kitchen island with chairs for guests to sit at. Outside, there is a barbecue, for those who prefer alfresco cooking. Guests can dine around the cosy dining table with beautiful grey rattan chairs, surrounded by foliage, or out on the shaded terrace.

On the ground floor, there are also two double bedrooms. Ascend the spiral staircase to reach the other bedrooms - one of the rooms leads directly to the sun terrace. There are six bedrooms in total, with a capacity of twelve guests. The rooms are decorated in cream with vintage-inspired furniture and pops of red. The double beds are dressed in crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, with headboards printed with seashells.

Framed black and white art hangs on the walls, while patterned red rugs adorn the floors. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, which are also decorated in beautiful white marble. There are glass-encased showers and dual sinks for convenience.

Nestled in a quiet residential area in Binibeca, this villa is perfect for those in search of a relaxing island holiday. Binibeca Vell is a charming holiday area based around a fishing village, with a warren of winding streets and lovely limestone houses. The villa is also just 500m from a beautiful white sand beach.

The area was tastefully restored in 1972, has always been popular with local and international tourists. Binibeca is backed by imposing sand dunes and overlooks the sea. Nearby, there is a tiny uninhabited island called Illa de l'Aire, home to a striking 19th-century lighthouse.

Menorca as an island has a more leisurely feel and a slower pace than some of the other Balearic Islands. However, that doesn't mean there's a lack of things to see and do on the island. There are several water parks, opportunities to observe local wildlife and seeing as Menorca is encircled by 216km of coastline, there is a dazzling array of 'calas' or coves to explore. There are a friendly, family-orientated atmosphere and all the amenities you could need.

Binibeca beach has a fine swathe of white sand and glittering azure water, set against a backdrop of cliffs and pine forest. In the same area, there are also four other smaller coves - Biniancolla, Binisafuller, Biniparratx and Binidali. While not too busy, the beach has a great diving school where you can explore an underwater shipwreck. Snorkelling and kayaking are also popular activities at Binibeca, as you can spot exotic fish and sea life.

Another great beach to check out is Cala d'Algaiarens in the north of the island, with lapis-coloured water, powdery white sand and its own cave. The best spot is behind the main beach, surrounded by pine trees.

One of the best attractions nearby is the harbour of Mao, a 2km-long stretch lined with cafes and art galleries in the island's capital, Mahon. There are also some lovely boutiques that offer great shopping - a fabulous souvenir would be some locally-made avarcas sandals, as Menorca is known for shoemaking.

Descend the steps of the harbour to spot luxury yachts and visit the famous gin distillery where guests can sample Xoriguer gin. In terms of food, local Menorquin delicacies to try include lobster stew, baked squid or octopus and sobrassada - sausages spiced with paprika. Menorca is also famous for tapas, a great way to try some of everything.

Jeep Safari Menorca is the perfect introduction to the island's indigenous wildlife. Local guides take groups of passengers in 4x4s around the backroads and hidden gems of the island to spot interesting flora and fauna. It's a great opportunity to learn more about local life and the animals that inhabit the island, such as the black Menorquin horse.

To get a superb panoramic view of the island, head to El Toro, Menorca's highest peak. To reach the top, there is a moderate 2-hour hike. From here, adventurous guests can enjoy the most unique way to see the island - paragliding above it. Glide in tandem with an experienced instructor back to the ground - it will truly be an unforgettable experience.
