The kitchen within this property is well-equipped and comes complete with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

 

The ground floor is also home to the one and only bedroom on this property. This room offers twin beds (arranged as a double) that have been fitted with comfortable bed linen. As such, guests are sure to enjoy a restful and tranquil night’s sleep throughout their stay on this property. This villa also provides a convenient bathroom that contains a walk-in shower.

Pollensa offers a variety of upscale attractions to keep visitors entertained throughout their holiday. Pollensa's charming market is a great spot to explore local culture with over 300 stalls offering artisan goods like clothes and jewelry, plus a section for fresh local produce. The market is conveniently located near the town center and opens every Sunday from 8 am to 1:30 pm.

For fine dining, Q11 Restaurant stands out with its focus on Seasonal Gastronomy, using only fresh, in-season ingredients for dishes like prawn linguine and tuna tataki with goat’s cheese salad. The restaurant is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Pollensa center and just a short distance from Cal Beato.

Puig de Maria, a religious monument about 10 minutes from the town center, features a 14th-century monastery atop a hill. Closed in 1564 and reopened in 1638, it offers well-preserved artifacts for visitors to see. The hike to the top takes about half an hour, making it accessible for most guests.
