Finca Lupes is a traditional-style stone villa set in a peaceful and idyllic location close to the charming village of Santa Gertrudis. Stone steps lead up to the single-storey property, with double doors entering into a spacious yet cosy lounge space. Whitewashed walls, glorious beamed ceilings and stone-tiled flooring give the room a classy, country-cottage feel, with comfortable bench-sofa seating and a beautiful open fireplace completing the look. A flat-screen TV provides the entertainment, while a wooden table and director-style chairs offer guests the opportunity for intimate indoor meals. The unique style of the villa continues through into the small yet well-equipped kitchen, where guests will find plenty of good-quality amenities, including an oven and microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Finca Lupes’ equally stylish bedrooms are havens of rest and relaxation, featuring handsomely crafted wooden beds with sumptuous mattresses, light-coloured linens, and modern ensuite bathrooms with shower facilities. All four rooms have twin beds, which can be put together to create doubles, making sleeping arrangements for all parties simple and convenient.  

From the villa’s living space, guests can step out onto a furnished terrace, which offers space to relax and soak up the sun and is complete with luxurious loungers - perfect for laying back and taking in those breathtaking forest views. A covered dining terrace and barbecue area provide ample room for alfresco dining, and from here, steps lead down to lush green lawns and shaded areas - perfect for the kids! Another set of steps leads down to Finca Lupes’ pool area, where you’ll discover the villa’s stunning infinity pool, easily accessible via steps and surrounded by more stylish loungers and a Balinese bed - a wonderfully romantic addition to this stylish and beautiful villa.

Finca Lupes is located just 2km from the beautiful, rural village of Santa Gertrudis, in an area surrounded by agricultural fields that are home to fruit orchards, sheep, goats, and the island’s only dairy cows. Steeped in tradition, Santa Gertrudis’ main village square is overlooked by its whitewashed fortress church and distinctive yellow tower and features a pedestrian-friendly plaza where you’ll find plenty in the way of bars, restaurants and shops.

This charming little village is popular with tourists thanks to its relaxing and chilled-out vibe, where children play in the beautifully lit square or fabulous playground late into the evening while families dine on the terraces. There are little boutiques and arts and crafts shops open day and night here, so visitors are often strolling through the streets long after the sun has gone down, enjoying the sophisticated, bohemian vibe. The village is home to many artists, musicians and sculptors, and you’ll find their works everywhere here in the local galleries and most famously at Bar Costa, where during the hippy era of the 60s, penniless artists would come to swap paintings for food.

The surrounding areas of Santa Gertrudis are home to a variety of fruit and vegetable farms that supply the local restaurants with fresh produce, so whether you’re craving classic Spanish tapas, hearty Italian food, or delicious and innovative vegetarian and vegan options, you’ll be spoilt for choice during your stay in the village. We recommend dining at Gitano, whose terrace is one of the loveliest spots in the village. Cocktail lovers will be in their element here, as the restaurant has a long and extensive list to choose from, and the food is first-rate, with a menu that includes ceviche, wonderfully light tempura and the most incredible sushi. Another popular restaurant in the village is Wild Beets, a stylishly contemporary plant-based restaurant that is popular with vegans and non-vegans alike and is famous for its clean, mostly raw, Instagram-friendly dishes. For those who enjoy fusion cuisine, there’s La Paloma restaurant, popular with locals as well as tourists - and even a few celebs! - this Italian-Israeli-run restaurant offers an exciting Mediterranean/Middle-Eastern/North African fusion menu, offering excellent salads, solomillo steak and chicken shawarma, among other tempting dishes.

Finca Lupes was built in 2009 in the Ibizan style with exposed stone on the outside and Sabina’s beams and roofs inside, really cozy, ideal for yoga, families or couples looking for tranquility.
