Casa Coco M is a beautiful finca, a calm and relaxing villa surrounded in a beautiful pine forest, a short drive from Pollenca and equally, Alcudia. This tasteful accommodation is decorated uniquely with the owner’s own paintings and otherwise, it is kept quite neutral and minimal. It’s a cosy holiday home, perfect for a small family or two couples sharing a quiet and peaceful retreat.

This traditional property has whitewashed walls and exposed beamed ceilings, and the living area is a bright area of the villa, though it’s kept cosy with its warm colours and a beautiful fireplace. The living area is the perfect location to gather together with its large comfortable sofas and have conversations late into the night about the plans for tomorrow and the events of the day!

It offers a wonderful place to relax with a book, talk over a holiday drink, or just snooze and relax with the television offering background noise. The living room also has direct access to the covered terrace which has outdoor seating on it, offering a great place to relax in the shade.

The kitchen has dark fitted cabinets and modern appliances and necessities. It also has an informal dining table that offers a great place for breakfast. So, you can have the food you acquire for your stay, kept somewhere cool there is a pantry attached that will keep it fresh and cool. The kitchen has direct access to the garden as well. There is a formal dining room that also homes the owner’s paintings, as well as some shelving with decorative knick-knacks.

There is are two beautiful bedrooms available in the villa, a double room and a twin room. The double room is incredibly minimal in design, so it doesn’t distract from the beauty offered by the views from the windows.

It has dark accents and floor panelling, as well as the whitewashed walls creating a mature room. Uniquely, this room has a quirky sunken bath. The twin room is both minimal in design and perfect for kids with the additions to the room making it feel both child and adult appropriate. This room has a walk-in shower and bathroom.

The outside of the villa has a lovely garden which is well looked after and also has a swimming pool for your use. It has sun loungers around the pool so that you are able to relax outdoors in the sun and top up your tan!

The covered terrace has dining furniture which is perfect as the property has a barbeque that you can use, whether you’re enjoying barbeque food outside, picnics or just generally enjoying your meals outside, you’ll be able to do it in the shade. Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a wonderful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers. 

Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.   

Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can offer this activity will have the equipment to hire).

For the families or the kids at heart, there are the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
