Sleeping just four people, the amount of outside space at this private villa is indulgent and wonderful. Let’s take you straight to the view. Wow. It’s breath-taking and it’s panoramic. Walk out across the vast terrace and follow the steps down to your second terrace (yes, second terrace!) and you’ll find your beautiful private pool. But try not to fall in, as you take-in the views of the bay, mountains and Mediterranean Sea. It’s a vision of blue and green, and it’s all yours.

The outside spaces at Villa Anacleto offer fantastic facilities for outdoor living. The pool area has sun loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas to hide from the heat of the day. Your private pool has steps to lower you into the refreshing water, or you could impress with a dive from the diving board! And the inviting cool of the reed covered terrace is perfect for sipping aperitif and al fresco dining.

Take the steps back up to your first terrace and you won’t know what to do with the space. Children will though! They can run and play, with the shade of the Mediterranean palms and plants to keep them cool. They’ll also love the table tennis which is a fun way of passing the cooler parts of the day.

If you can drag yourself away from your Mediterranean vista, inside you’ll be charmed by Villa Anacleto’s country house interior. The breakfast room is where you could take morning coffee whilst re-uniting yourself with the view and the dining room conveniently connects to the lounge area. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The country house décor extends to the double bedroom and twin room. The two bathrooms both have showers.

Your nearest town centre is La Fustera where you’ll find everything you need – shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and of course, the white sands and blue sea at Playa de la Fustera. For a day’s sightseeing, Benissa old town is a must and very easy to reach from Villa Anacleto’s position on one of the roads heading inland from the coast.

No matter how you choose to spend your time, you’ll look forward to returning to your private villa, private pool and stunning view of this beautiful stretch of the Costa Blanca coastline.

Set ten kilometres in from the coast off La Fustera, Villa Anacleto is conveniently located on a road which takes you up through the picturesque hills towards Benissa or down to La Fustera and the coast.  You’re surrounded by amazingly lush vegetation, most of which grows in orchards or groves bearing fruits, nuts and olives.

A few minutes’ drive and you’ll be at Playa de la Fustera. It’s a beautiful white sandy beach with rocky cliffs and plenty of facilities to help your day along. There’s a beach bar, restaurant, playground and picnic area. Take your mask and snorkel to explore the shallow water next to the cliffs.

Venture up the coast towards Moraira or down to Calpe and you’ll discover a different cove or beach every day. Most beaches and marinas offer water sports and sailing trips, which is a great way to admire Costa Blanca’s coastline and mountains in the distance.

A day trip to the small but beautifully formed Moraira town is highly recommended, especially on Friday mornings for the street market. The marina is a hive of nautical activity which can be viewed from a pavement cafe or restaurant, and it also has not one but two beaches.

Benissa, set further uphill and inland from Villa Anacleto, is ancient and charming. It’s medieval streets, market square and town hall were happily restored about forty years ago. Benissa has a busy calendar of fiestas so check local information for dates. While you’re here, taste the local delicacy of cured sausage. Locals claim it puts Benissa on the culinary map!

The hills and pretty scenery in this corner of the Costa Blanca lend themselves to great cycling routes and hiking trails. They start as close as 1000 metres from Villa Anacleto and will take you off-road into the countryside. You also have tennis and golf within ten kilometres of the house.
