The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four en-suite bedrooms arranged as three doubles and one twin. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floors, while the fourth sits on the lower ground floor beneath the pool terrace and opens onto a garden area with a small dining table. Each bedroom is bright and well-appointed with air conditioning, wardrobes, vanity tables and access to a private balcony or outdoor space. The top floor also features a roof terrace with a round jacuzzi and panoramic views of the surrounding coastline.
Inside, the villa features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with views towards the sea. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a television, DVD player, coffee table and air conditioning, and sliding doors lead directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is positioned behind the living space and is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge-freezer and kettle, along with a dining table and the necessary cookware for self-catering.
The outdoor space is arranged across a split-level terrace, offering several areas for relaxation and dining. Kalkan is a coastal town on Turkey’s southwestern Mediterranean shoreline, within Antalya Province. Historically a small fishing and trading port, it has developed into a popular holiday destination while maintaining much of its traditional character. The town is built on a hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay, with narrow streets that lead down to a small harbour and marina. The centre of Kalkan is known for its whitewashed buildings, many of which house restaurants, small shops, and cafés. The area also provides access to several well-known beaches along the Turquoise Coast, including Kaputaş Beach and Patara Beach.
The district of Ortaalan is located on the hillside above the town centre. Positioned between the old town and the higher residential areas, it is considered a central part of Kalkan’s residential landscape. Ortaalan is within relatively close proximity to the centre of Kalkan, making it possible to reach restaurants, shops, and the harbour on foot from many parts of the neighbourhood. As a result, it is commonly used as a base for visitors who want access to the town while staying in a quieter residential area.
