We had a very comfortable week in this spacious cottage set in the middle of farm land and we appreciated the pool.

Kestrel Cottage is very spacious, with lots of comfy seating areas (it's larger than it looks in the photos). A large dining room for big family meals. A good sized back garden with large mature trees and a comfortable wooden swing - very good for stargazing. One point to mention - for those with limited physical movement (the cottage is billed as having wheelchair accessibility) - there is a step over into the front door, with the floors at slightly different levels. The large co-op shop in nearby Littleport is great for all your food needs. Ely is a splendid city, with the magnificent Cathedral and Stained Glass Museum and excellent book shop! (and car parking in the city is free).
