Mahalia is a unique & beautiful place to stay, the attention to detail is second to none. Set in a peaceful & relaxing setting with everthing you could need & more, plenty to do & get out & see if you wish but we found it hard to tear ourselves away from Mahalia & its surroundings. The bed is super comfy & the shower is one of the best we’ve ever used, the kitchen has absolutely everything that you could possibly need whether that be cooking a complete Sunday roast or just enjoying a takeaway. Sitting here looking out of the window we could see the birds flying in & out of the nest box opposite & sitting out on the deck area opposite the kitchen morning & evening we saw the muntjac deer grazing in the meadow, the fox, birds of prey, squirrels & at dusk the bats & owls made an appearance too.Phil & Jan are wonderful hosts with great info on what to do & see in the area & many extras & treats are provided. We can’t recommend a stay in Mahalia enough it’s a stay you won’t easily or want to forget ❤️ we will definitely be returning 😊
