Our stay over Christmas was wonderful. The accommodation was warm and cosy to the extent that we did not notice it was winter outside. But, when we were inside, as the lounge was decorated with Christmas lights, which was a lovely touch, we were reminded of the time of year. Our hosts had left us a very generous basket of goodies, which were much appreciated (as was the milk in the fridge). We have stayed in a lot of holiday accommodation as a family and few (if any) have been as clean as this one. We could not fault the accommodation, which was well-equipped and very comfortable. The quality of the accommodation is exceptional and the attention to detail was much appreciated (how many holiday cottages have sprinkler systems as well as smoke alarms?).If you choose to stay at the bungalow (Brooklands Farm Cottage), you will be very well looked after.

Comfortable, warm and clean cottage with everything we needed. We were there only two days as a base to meet up with family locally, and Sheraza the owner kept in touch with us, very friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to book it again.
