Very welcoming, quiet and comfortable and also very spacious for our party of four. Beds very comfortable and two excellent bathrooms with additional downstairs loo.. Very well thought-out design and excellent for our needs Lovely garden perfect for our dog and for relaxing in sunshine. Perfect position for a short stroll to the friendly nearby pub which serves delicious food and a short drive to an outstanding country gastro-pub and in easy reach of many Cotswolds gems. Hosts are excellent e-communicators and very helpful. Absolutely highly recommended - a great find!

We are a group of friends who love nothing better than sitting round with a brew or a wine and having a good chat- which we were able to do throughout our stay in the cosy comfort of the lounge. The fixtures and fittings are much higher quality than you might expect in a holiday home, with the most comfortable beds in the world! When we stayed the weather was COLD but despite being an old stone cottage, the heating and the Aga kept us warm. We would recommend the Small House to anyone wishing to explore the Cotswolds, with Bourton on the Water only a few minutes drive away.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It has everything you need at a high quality. Communication with the owners was great. The garden is lovely and it would be an amazing space to use in the summer.
