Situated within the owner’s grounds it offers accommodation in a peaceful location. The property is set on one level and has underfloor heating throughout. From the living space there are patio doors which lead onto the patio with garden furniture and there is a small garden.
Many Cotswold villages are within easy reach including picture-postcard Bourton-on-the-Water with its model village, Birdland Park and Gardens, motor museum, the pretty villages of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Stratford-upon-Avon with its connections to William Shakespeare. The university of Oxford is also worth a visit with many visitor attractions and sights to suit young and old alike. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

My third stay at Studio Quercus, large well-equipped accommodation with disabled access and wet room. Far reaching views across open countryside and easy parking. The owner is very willing to help with anything and provides a welcome pack.

A lovely property, despite being small (bed in living space), with good outside space, wonderful views over Cotswold countryside and close to Moreton in Marsh for shopping and varied eateries.
