Situated within the owner’s grounds it offers accommodation in a peaceful location. The property is set on one level and has underfloor heating throughout. From the living space there are patio doors which lead onto the patio with garden furniture and there is a small garden.
Many Cotswold villages are within easy reach including picture-postcard Bourton-on-the-Water with its model village, Birdland Park and Gardens, motor museum, the pretty villages of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Stratford-upon-Avon with its connections to William Shakespeare. The university of Oxford is also worth a visit with many visitor attractions and sights to suit young and old alike. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

What a wonderful find !! Everything about studio Quercus is fantastic . Accommodation is ‘spot on’ for people with mobility problems.. It’s spotless comfortable , and on top of that the position is amazing … The view is superb from your lounge window , and from the front of the house . Mike, our host is charming …and the welcome pack .. great. Who could ask for more … Oh apart from the weather … which was unseasonably warm and sunny. We are so taken with it here we are returning later in the year ! Thank you
