Please note, the staircase down will be cordoned off with a stair gate. Up the first flight of stairs, a spacious and stylish sitting room boasts a generous and very comfy corner sofa, a feature ornamental fireplace, and a Smart television. The second bedroom can also be found on the first floor with full-size bunk beds, ideal for children but just as comfortable for willing grown-ups! Ascend to the second floor, where the spacious and romantic principle bedroom features an American Pottery Barn emperor-size bed with luxury bedding and cushions, and exposed beams. The stunning, modern family Jack and Jill shower room can be accessed from both the bedroom and the second floor landing, and features floor to ceiling marbled tiling and a double walk-in rainfall shower.

Whilst Little Elms has no garden, right outside the front door is the village green and old stocks, with all the much sought after shops, restaurants, art galleries, pubs, tearooms and coffee shops within a stone's throw. A perfect people-watchers property, enjoy front row seats of the daily comings and goings of this popular Cotswolds market town from the windows of the kitchen, sitting room and bedrooms. Stow-on-the-Wold is a beautiful Cotswold market town positioned at nearly 800ft, the highest of the Cotswold towns and a perfect base in which to explore the local area. The market square is large and impressive, full of many independent shops such as a traditional butcher as well as specialist cheese, wine and chocolate shops, antique centres, cosy cafes and inns, all built in the mellow local stone and easily explored on foot from your holiday base at Little Elms.

Given the property is situated over three floors, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Guest staying in bedroom two on the first floor have access to the family shower room upstairs on the second floor.

Twice a year, on the closest Thursday to the 15th May and the 24th October, The Stow Horse Fair, a traditional traveller’s event has taken place for hundreds of years and continues to this day. The town can be affected for several days surrounding this event as traveller’s gather and some local shops, pubs, and restaurants may be closed in the town.
