Located in the centre of Ingoldmells close to all the amenities and only a short walk to all the attractions of Fantasy island. The seafront and beach is less than a mile away and there is a bus stop nearby. Travel along the coast for days out at Butlins or travel south to the seaside resort of Skegness or head north to Sandilands, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe for days on the coast. Shops 250 yards and pub 150 yards.
