Leadenham is situated 15 miles south of Lincoln, in a village well known for its polo club and teahouse which is just 200 yards away. There is a Gastro-pub in the neighbouring village Fulbeck which is less than a mile away. Ideal for a relaxing break or as a touring base, with the city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral and castle, to the north and Grantham and Stamford, home of the world-famous Burghley Horse Trials, to the south. Rutland Water is a 30-minute drive away, and to the east are the sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Skegness, just over an hour’s drive. The area is full of excellent walks and cycle routes, and after a day exploring you can return to enjoy the village pub or tearoom for refreshment.

Approaching from the west on the A17, take the Sleaford Road into Leadenham. At the traffic lights turn right. Past the polo club on your left and Gardeners Cottage is number 19 on the left. Turn left just after the cottage and left again to park to the rear. Approaching from the south on the A607, Gardener's Cottage is on your right as you come to the first houses. Turn right just before the cottage and ten left to park to the rear.
