This terraced property is set on a delightful marina development in the midst of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, adjacent to the Fossdyke Navigation Canal and just 1½ miles walk from the centre of the historic city of Lincoln. It has excellent views over private moorings, a balcony overlooking the quay, and is only 75 yards from a selection of British and Greek restaurants. There is also an Italian restaurant 165 yards away and a selection of delicatessens 65 yards away. Cycle hire is available on-site and boat hire is available in Lincoln. There is also a health, leisure and racquet club on the Burton Waters complex, or you can enjoy tennis, swimming, yoga and cycling at the local leisure club (at cost), 550 yards. Burton Waters spans an area of 140 acres where woodland walks can be enjoyed, 220 yards away, it really is a unique holiday base. The city of Lincoln, dominated by its magnificent 11th-century cathedral, has excellent shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities, as well as museums, beautiful houses and gardens and nature reserves and parks. Lincoln also offers period buildings, displays and re-enactments, street and music festivals and the famous Christmas markets in December. Shop 65 yards. Pub and restaurant 75 yards.
