The generous living room is ideal to retreat to after supper, boasting views over the garden. The heart of the home, the farmhouse style kitchen, complete with an Aga, and open plan with a sitting area, great for chatting while cooking. Off the kitchen/sitting room is a games room, ideal for little ones to play in, but can still be kept an eye on. Head up to the first floor where you will find six double bedrooms, all with views across the rolling countryside, and three with en-suite facilities. On the second floor you will find two further bedrooms, a family bathroom and a small kitchenette.
This fabulous Grade II listed property, set in an unspoilt hamlet in Essex and is a real haven. There is even the added benefit of an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court (tennis balls not provded) - what more could you ask for? Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
The property is located on a working farm.

Just returned from a weekend away with the family (9 adults and 7 Children) and cannot fault Pattiswick Hall in any way. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable, so very peaceful with everything you could need for a short break or longer. The bedrooms are ample and comfortable. Outside we all enjoyed the space and amenities, with the tennis court getting plenty of use (unfortunately we were too early in the season to use the pool) and the dogs enjoyed the space and secure garden area. We were treated to visiting dear and bird of prey fly pasts in the gardens which the kids enjoyed seeing. We did not explore the area as there was so much to do in the house, but the house is easy to get to with shopping nearby. We have all said that we want to return as soon as the opportunity arises. We had a fabulous time at Pattiswick Hall. Warm, sunny weather every day - everyone (15 of us) enjoyed the grounds - especially the tennis court! Amazing sunsets a bonus each evening.Very well equipped and comfortable property; we had everything we needed for our family celebrations 🥳
