This is place is immaculate. Emma makes you so welcome plus she puts together a very nice welcome pack to help you with some basic items of food. We will definitely like to return some time in the future.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Within 10 or 15 minutes of Colchester & Ipswich park and rides, 30 mins drive to the coast. Countryside feel and beautiful garden without being too far off the beaten track. Good roads. A few very minor cleanliness/wear and tear issues (e.g. cobwebs in hard to reach places, handprints on mirror that only show in certain lights, slightly creaky bed) but generally clean, tidy and well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches from owner, including bread, milk and most importantly biscuits! Owner very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend after a wonderful few days.
