Guests frequently describe the property as clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with only rare minor comments about cobwebs or handprints. Overall, cleanliness is a strong point.

The rural location is widely appreciated for its tranquillity, views, and proximity to local attractions. Some mention the lack of amenities within walking distance, but most find the setting ideal for a relaxing break.

The property is described as well-equipped, with guests able to self-cater easily. A few minor suggestions for additional items (e.g., hand soap, kitchen roll) are noted, but overall facilities are praised.

Wonderful property, good parking, clean, and a comfortable bed. Beautiful views from lounge and bedroom.Owners very welcoming. For me it was perfectly placed in the Stour Valley with rural views yet not isolated. Access was via a 'B" road which was well maintained. No rough tracks to drive down. Excellent.

Host met and greeted, very friendly.Holiday home acceptable but lacked a few basic items that we havehad in the past in other premises. eg. hand soap in bathroom, kitchen roll, cling film, kitchen foil.As the weather was cold so was the property, the owners did put the heating on when requested, but, when the wind blew the draught was coming in the French windows and blowing the curtains. (A problem for the owners as wasting the heating).
