Repeat visitor. Friendly reception staff. Stayed in lodge 5 with the family. Fantastic clean and spacious lodge, well maintained. All modern facilities. Private parking. Enjoyed the hot tub. Lovely surroundings / canal. Fantastic location, 5 min walk from Roydon train station which takes you straight into London. 5 stars. Hope to visit again soon.

Very good for what we needed which was acces to the marina as our daughters boat is there. Breakfast was not included, location was good. Could use putting had rails on the hot tub for older people and need to in form people of the one way systems on the site.
