Guests consistently praise the Studio at Little Trees Farm for its well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and beautiful garden. The property offers a peaceful and secure setting, with thoughtful touches like a welcome food pack adding to the experience. While some guests mention the low bed and shower issues, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.
Reviews frequently highlight the property's spotless condition, indicating a high standard of cleanliness. Guests describe the studio as 'spotlessly clean', contributing to a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The property is appreciated for its peaceful setting and proximity to local attractions and towns. However, some guests note the presence of busy roads and the sound of the M1 and Luton airport, which slightly impacts the tranquillity.
The comfort of the studio is well-regarded, especially the bed once guests are settled in. However, several guests find the bed too low, which affects the ease of getting in and out, particularly for older visitors.
Facilities are generally praised for being comprehensive and high-quality, with a well-stocked kitchen and useful laundry area. Some guests mention issues with shower pressure and temperature fluctuation, but these are minor compared to the overall positive feedback.
The hosts' thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with guests appreciating welcome packs and other extras. While these gestures are highly valued, it is politely noted that such gifts, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

We arrived later after our flight into Luten and it was a blessing to have some items available for us to make a light supper (and just needed to replace the baked beans can later in the week

A real home from home with everything and more that you could ask for.

We both banged our heads on the sloping ceiling on the day we arrived but we soon learned to be careful at the sides of the room! The bed is a little low as others have commented, but this wasn't a problem for us. Most importantly it was large and very comfortable so we slept well. There were a few minor problems with the TV which seems to be new and refused to pick up most channels through the aerial. Sadly there was no cable to connect the blu-ray/DVD player to the TV either, but as it is a modern Smart TV we just used various streaming services (BBC iPlayer etc) so we had plenty to watch in the evenings. The bread and milk provided was appreciated and overall this was a comfortable and well-equipped base from which to explore the area.
