Everything you need is at hand. Comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners are so lovely, nothing is a problem. A lovely welcome basket awaited us on arrival and Angie, the owner had put both log burners on for us before we arrived. So cosy and warming. Thankyou for another great stay, highly recommend. She had prepared two roaring fires in the kitchen and lounge which felt so cosy and welcoming on a winters afternoon. We were also gifted to a welcome basket and even the dog was left some treats and a few dog supplies which came in handy. The house is very large with everything you could wish for staying for a week. I would definitely recommend staying here. The train station is a 10 minute walk which we used on a couple of days and we had a visit to Coniston also which was about a 25 minute drive away. Millom is the nearest town had a Tesco which we used as extra supplies were needed. Drive large enough for two cars and a great garden for children and dogs.

The place was absolutely amazing with great views. It was tastefully decorated and the spaces are huge - the main living area with a fire place and the kitchen with a fire place. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning and bath rooms are again very well equipped. I wouldn't hesitate to book there again. We all feel very lucky to have been able to stay at such a beautiful place. Thank you.
