Perfect for celebratory occasions, the main house is complete with a delightfully decadent super-king-size bedroom with a private balcony and roll-top copper bath, the perfect bedroom choice for any guest of honour! Comfort is assured in each and every additional bedroom, of course, with soft and comfortable mattresses, fresh linen and ever-changing views to wake up to each and every morning.

Always offering plenty in way of entertainment, the owners have taken good care to ensure that visitors of any age will find something to keep them happy right here. Younger guests will be keen to make themselves at home in the ground floor snug/games room, complete with a wood burner and a whole host of toys, pool table and TV/DVD to keep everyone busy. The adults of the group will find solace with time spent in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and additional conservatory. Whether you’re enjoying a bottle of wine with the far-reaching view ahead of you or sinking into cushy sofas with the wood burner blazing, this room is tailor made for chilling out. Any keen chef will be keen to switch on the Sonos Soundsystem and get to work in the contemporary kitchen, perhaps even helping themselves to produce from the veg and herb gardens outside. After a grand meal enjoyed together at the dining table, 16 guests can trot off to bed right here in the hall whilst two additional guests can break away and enjoy a touch of privacy in the well-appointed coach house accommodation.

- Group party bookings, hen and stag bookings, may not be allowed and will need to be checked first to ensure the purpose of the stay is a holiday. An additional security deposit may be required.

- Warnings: Stone steps, some gravelled paths and sloping areas in the historic garden. Please be mindful of young children near the unfenced pond. There are a couple of steps up to each property entrance

- Please be advised that there is a £20 fee per charge for use of EV charger payable direct to the owner

- Please note there is a refundable £500 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday
