Ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the delights of Keswick without having to move their car from the allocated private parking space. Set back from the main street in a courtyard setting these apartments have been constructed to provide comfortable accommodation for those who would like to be in the ’heart’ of this popular market town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The property includes double glazing windows to keep noise at bay. There are wood furnishings in both bedrooms. This property has everything you need to make the most of your holiday. Lake Derwentwater is a mere ten minute stroll and Keswick Leisure Pool and park are close at hand, where you can enjoy swimming, tennis, bowls and mini-golf. An abundance of restaurants, tea rooms, pubs (serving excellent bar meals) and shops are all on your doorstep to ensure you always have somewhere new to visit. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

This was a short term let after a hiccup with a previous booking left us a few days short for our stay. We were luccky as this was an improvement in virtually all ways from the earlier let. It is a first floor apartment with slightly stairs with high treds ,a bit awkward with heavy cases. The due to it being electric the shower flow was a bit low and temp a bit difficult to set. These are minor quibbles only. We enjoyed or stay and it was nice to see a small welcome pack which had we been late arrivals would have been very useful.

I have stayed at this complex for many years but first time in this flat. There was a terrible odour in the kitchen, the kitchen window had been left open so whoever cleaned the flat before we arrived knew there was a problem. We could not use the kitchen and spent far more money than intended eating out.I rang *removed by Feefo* but they were not sympathetic to the problem. The holiday was completely ruined.
