Absolutely spotlesly clean and in a great location. I think the building was quite empty when we stayed but I could hear someone in a neighbouring unit quite clearly and there was an annoying buzzing sound when (I think) they were running the shower, nothing too bad but would make me think twice about staying in summer when it's likely busier. I counted almost 30 tea cups in the kitchen so if you're into drinking tea this is ideal. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot, that's worth it's weight in gold in Keswick. Right next to Booths to stock up.
