Excellent location and a 5 min walk from the town centre. Lounge and bedrooms well appointed. Both bathroom and en-suite have excellent showers. Big dining table. One or two irritations. WiFi very erratic despite resetting the hub, fridge rather small for 6 people, no working tin opener or scissors in kitchen.

We love this house! The location is great and everything is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of games and books around. We didn’t have any problems finding a parking space. Based on previous reviews, I think the cooker and TV have been recently replaced. The TV is now a large smart TV (though much of it doesn’t work well as the WiFi is so bad. It’s still on ADSL, which is probably costing as much as full fibre so I’d recommend upgrading). One of the previous reviews mentions accessibility and I’d say the property would benefit from an access guide. The first floor toilet is down two steps then up another two steps and then along a corridor. There is also not a full bannister along the length of the stairs to the first floor. Neither is a problem for able-bodied guests but worth knowing in advance for anyone with mobility issues. We’ve already booked to stay again!

A lovely well furnished house in the centre of Keswick. Ideal for a family get together. House clean but items were found under beds and coffee table which was disappointing. Overall a great place .
