This two bedroom detached bungalow oozes quality and will appeal to even the most discerning guests. Each room is tastefully furnished with good quality furniture, and the spacious kitchen/dining room is contemporary in design and extremely well-equipped. Guests with limited mobility will find the ground floor accommodation very convenient, with easy level access from the adjacent parking space, and the shower cubicle has the benefit of a fold down seat. The discrete owners live adjacent property but it is fully managed by Cumbrian Cottages on their behalf. Cobble Garth enjoys a quiet situation, approximately 600 yards level walk from Keswick town centre. With ample parking for two cars, a garden and Wi-Fi this is the perfect base to relax and unwind in comfort, in the knowledge that there are many walks from the door and a wealth of amenities close at hand. We took our elderly parents who managed very well with everything being on the level the only disappointment was there were no taxis for them to use , however Keswick mobility was great for wheelchair hire. The bungalow was clean and tidy and very quite location.

We had a wonderful stay at Cobble Garth. A spacious, clean cottage with off-road parking in Keswick. This is one of the best cottages we've stayed in. The cottage itself is tastefully decorated and accommodates 4 people really well. The location is perfect - no more than a 10-15 mins walk into the heart of Keswick, a bustling Lake District market town with plenty to see and do. We visited the Alhambra Cinema, one of the oldest in the country and went on a couple of hikes around Derwentwater and Ullswater. We had a mixed week with the weather - but that's always the case with the Lake District! It will be pouring down one moment and then blue skies the next. It was great to come back to the cottage, and above all having our own parking place (quite a luxury in the Lake District!). The owner is close by if there's any issues, though we didn't have any. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book this cottage if we ever come back to Keswick. It's a winner.

The bungalow is in a secluded location with private parking. The view from the front of the bungalow (although not shown in the marketing information) looks over the owners bungalow and the Lattrigg which is a very pleasant view. All of the furniture in the bungalow is of good quality, clean and comfortable. The bungalow is well decorated and homely.I would strongly recommend this bungalow and plan to return someday.
