This two bedroom detached bungalow oozes quality and will appeal to even the most discerning guests. Each room is tastefully furnished with good quality furniture, and the spacious kitchen/dining room is contemporary in design and extremely well-equipped. Guests with limited mobility will find the ground floor accommodation very convenient, with easy level access from the adjacent parking space, and the shower cubicle has the benefit of a fold down seat. The discrete owners live adjacent property but it is fully managed by Cumbrian Cottages on their behalf. Cobble Garth enjoys a quiet situation, approximately 600 yards level walk from Keswick town centre. With ample parking for two cars, a garden and Wi-Fi this is the perfect base to relax and unwind in comfort, in the knowledge that there are many walks from the door and a wealth of amenities close at hand. Cobble Garth is well equipped, clean, tidy and spacious. Internally it has a lot going for it. The location for town is also a big plus.However, with some clever camera angles the photos do not show how over looked the cottage is, or the path down the side to someone elses garden which is only separated by a 3ft high fence. Also, you can't have a shower with the window open to vent the bathroom without the risk of someone wandering down the path and being able to see in...A great but also disappointing cottage!!

Lovely clean cottage and ideal location for a walk into town centre or across to Fitz Park. Very private with plenty open space which is unusual in Keswick and made our holiday all the more enjoyable.
