Plenty of shops and cafes will fill your days in this charming market town, whilst an evening at the Theatre by the Lake boasts culture and views of Derwentwater (1 mile). For fell walking further afield, the nearby peaks of Skiddaw (5 miles), Helvellyn (8.5 miles) and Grisedale Park (5 miles) will satisfy both novice and expert walkers in your party.

A unique addition to this property is its private balcony. Boasting immediate views to the River Greta and Fitz Park, this charming spot offers a great space for al fresco drinks or nibbles. Please note, children should be supervised on the private balcony at all times.
