This two bedroomed Lakeland stone semi-detached cottage has spectacular fell views from its elevated location on the edge of the popular village of Threlkeld. Easily accessible from the M6, the village has two pubs, each serving bar meals and real ale and is just four miles to the east of Keswick. With many walking opportunities from the doorstep, Cropple How provides a cosy base from which to explore the area.
Up to two dogs only, at charge of £20 each. Cot charge of £10.
The patio is one metre above garden level and is protected by railings / handrail that are 1.1m in height. Please do not allow children to climb on the railings.
There are low banisters at the property.

The views from the cottage are stunning, lovely garden to sit out if weather is good. Two pubs and a coffee shop in the village, easy access to Keswick. Plenty of walks straight from the door.

Had a wonderful holiday in a very comfortable cottage with the best views ever. The cottage was very well kept had everything you would want to a high quality. Very cosy to come back to after a day out or just spend the day sitting and watching the view and wildlife. Excellent if you go walking easy to get to many places. We will be back.
