This two bedroomed Lakeland stone semi-detached cottage has spectacular fell views from its elevated location on the edge of the popular village of Threlkeld. Easily accessible from the M6, the village has two pubs, each serving bar meals and real ale and is just four miles to the east of Keswick. With many walking opportunities from the doorstep, Cropple How provides a cosy base from which to explore the area.

The patio is one metre above garden level and is protected by railings / handrail that are 1.1m in height. Please do not allow children to climb on the railings.

Great for long or small walks locally or if you’re adventurous you can walk the fells from here or a short drive.The view out of the back was stunning and just sit relax and admire it

This is a comfortable, cosy and well equipped cottage with beautiful views. There are lovely walks around the cottage and it has a safe garden for dogs. It’s got a great cafe in the village, 2 good pubs and near a bus route too and there’s a good walk into Keswick along the old railway line. Will definitely be back.

A lovely cosy cottage, with fantastic unbeatable views, we loved the private garden also. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are very soft and comfortable. No welcome pack provided, but plenty of coal, kindling, paper and firelighters provided.
