No complaints to be honest, except for the weather. Things you might want to consider: - the process of putting the bins out was a mystery- it appears that you have bin fairy (or the next door neighbour?) that sorted this out; - if the property has six people in it, then you’re going to need some casserole pots, particularly for autumn/winter period; not every batch of visitors eats out all the time. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and he accommodated early access which we very much appreciated. Greta View exceeded expectation .. it is extremely well laid out with quality furnishings and is immensely comfortable. The outside area was a real sun trap in the late afternoon/evening and with parking literally on the doorstep we wanted for nothing. After a 5 hour hike, falling into one of the super comfy beds after a power shower was heavenly! With the lake, the town, a good supermarket (Booths), the well kept parks, the river and a variety of eateries a short stroll away ... oh and those wonderful views ... it was outstanding. Commendations to the owner, and to the housekeeping staff for their high standards of cleanliness.

Comfort, cleanliness and equipment all first class. When contacted the owner was friendly, helpful with local knowledge and quick to arrange for small problem to be fixed. Would have no hesitation about rebooking if visiting the area again.
