The exterior of the properties are in need of some work to tidy them up (eg paint work etc) Inside the property the floor carpet tiles were loose, and while generally clean and tidy, the standard of cleanliness was not what you’d expect for the standard advertised. Multiple surfaces were dusty and definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. The location is very convenient for walking into Keswick, and the standard of the site’s landscaping is high. It is just a shame that doesn’t extend inside.

However the property is now looking very tired and is definitely not 5 star luxury .It needs work to improve it.
