Situated on the fringes of Keswick, it is well-placed for Derwentwater, as well as trips to Ullswater, Windermere and Coniston Water.

Spread out into the lounge, where you can light the wood burner after bracing autumn and winter months or gaze out of the bay window on to the greenery during the summer. Kick back in front of your favourite boxset on the Smart TV or play a lively game together in here after dinner. Wander through to the airy kitchen/diner to prepare delicious meals for your group with the Lakeland produce you have sourced in Keswick. Take a few moments to yourself over a cup of coffee at the kitchen table before heading through to the dining room to set the long table up for the next meal.
