Excellent holiday cottage in a quiet, peaceful location but only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Keswick. It had everything we needed plus a really nice garden and parking for 2 cars.

Great location for a multi age group get together and the river made the garden delightful. Although a bit tired throughout, the kitchen was well equipped. The beds and downstairs fan need immediate attention! It could have been cleaner.
