Visit England 4 Star.. Renovated in 2018 to give the property a lighter, more modern feel, this tastefully renovated ’upside down house’ has imaginatively designed accommodation on two levels. The living areas on the upper floors take advantage of the view over the rooftops to the nearby fells. The Lakeland stone fronted cottage is situated in a popular residential area only a few minutes’ level walk from Keswick’s parks, leisure pool and shops.

The cottage was on a quiet street short walk from Keswick centre and Fitz Park. Very easy to access local walks and buses further afield. The property was good but hand wash in each bathroom, toilet roll would have been expected as basics. The carpet in the lounge is tired looking with lots of stains.The view from the kitchen window was fabulous.We had great few days in Keswick and it was great to come back to a cottage nearby.
