The property was clean and tidy, however we found the single beds were well worn and uncomfortable. The hot water to the kitchen sink was very slow and had to boil the kettle to fill the bowl, I appreciate there was a dishwasher but we weren't going to put Dw on everytime a few pots needed doing. The lodge was very cold upon arrival as electric heaters had been turned off. The lady in the lodge next door explained how to override. Parking at lodge 16 very difficult in a larger car as not much space to manuvre, had to back into neighbours Parking space to turn around then reverse park which was difficult in the dark.Plus points the lodge was handy to walk into Keswick about 20 minutes.
