Great week at Oakvale Acorn. Very warm, clean and comfortable bed. Owners very responsive and location great for walks straight from the door. Regular bus into Keswick if you fancy a drink there. Recommend the Coledale Inn for lovely home cooked meals. Will definitely be back again.

A very nice comfortable apartment for two people. A huge bed that was so comfy we both slept really well.Heating was on when we arrived on a very wet day. Plenty of hot water and everything you may need for self catering however we would definitely recommend The Ruddings hotel next door for lunch or dinner. It was convenient to leave the car parked up and walk. Just off the A66 the location was very quiet. Would just suggest a torch as quite dark.Matt and Sophie have provided a great holiday apartment which we would definitely book again.
