A beautiful bungalow, quiet location with beautiful views. Many walks from the doorstep and only a few minutes walk from Keswick, newly refurbished in early 2025 with new kitchen and bathrooms.. 13 steps to entrance.

Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, 10 minutes’ level walk to both the town centre and Derwentwater, with stunning views including a glimpse of the lake. Most of the accommodation is on one level, with the twin bedroom on the lower ground floor accessed by steps from the living room. The delightful terraced garden is a tranquil haven to relax, dine al fresco and enjoy the views.
There are many walks directly from the doorstep, including to Walla Crag, Castlehead and Friars Crag. Keswick is a beautiful town with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Additionally, Keswick offers a Cinema (The Alhambra), a Theatre (Theatre by the Lake) and many outdoor activities on and around Derwent Water. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Please make sure showers are cleaned and checked as downstairs shower drain was blocked and had not been touched for some time!I cleaned it c 30 minutes!Hoover was full !Easy jobs to do but easily missed too!Overall very pleased with accommodation.

Immaculate cottage in a very quiet road but only 15 min easy walk into Keswick town centre. Cottage was very spacious with everything you needed supplied. Not a problem for us but steep slope and steps to enter cottage.

Really loved this cottage. Very clean and well equipped, everything was immaculate. Excellent views and quiet area, but just a short walk and you’re in the town . Lots of walking guides and puzzles. Only issue I had was that it was feather pillows which is not good for people with allergies/asthma.
