Such a beautiful lodge in a stunning location! Sarah the owner of the site was so so lovely. Really helpful with whatever we needed! Welcome pack was butchers bacon, fresh eggs, biscuits and a pint of milk which was so kind! The lodge and wood fire hot tub was immaculately clean, with the most stunning sea view in the distance. It was so well equipped with everything you could need and extra bedding (quilt, pillows and flat sheet) within the L shaped sofa which turned into a bed. The underfloor heating/little heater made the lodge super toasty, so if you’re going in colder months then you defo don’t need to worry about it being chilly. We ate at The Brown Cow on the Friday night and the food was gorgeous! Other than that we did very little as we simply loved the pod! There is a picturesque little church a short walk away and loads of nearby walks/hikes. We would love to go back!

The Selker View pod at Moorside pods was an absolute dream! Amazing location for stunning sunset views. Hot tub was brilliant. Bed was comfy, shower hot and powerful, towels thick and soft. Everything youd need in the kitchen - kettle/tea/coffee/sugar/ all utensils/ microwave/ hob/ fridge freezer. Hosts even gave us complimentary milk, eggs, bacon and biscuits! Very kind! Loved that the hot tub for our specific pod was located near the front door - this meant our dog could be inside and still see us whilst we were in the hot tub (hes an anxious dog, so this was one of our reasons for booking this pod!). Overall, a brilliant stay and will recommend it to friends and family! Thank you to our host Sarah :)
