This cottage is in the perfect location for touring the Lake District National Park with Windermere being only 9 miles away. There are water sports or cruises on the lakes, mountain climbing in the Langdales and coastal walks on the Cumbrian Coastal Way, these are just a few of the many activities to be enjoyed in the area. There is a plethora of historic houses and gardens with Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and Cartmel, 12th-century priory, all a short drive away. The Yorkshire Dales National park is nearby with its historic market towns including Sedbergh 9 miles away.
