Cleabarrow View, situated at the heart of the Lake District, has been beautifully renovated to create a stunning and desirable Lakeland property. Situated just outside the popular and bustling town of Windermere, opposite the Windermere Golf Club, with glazed balconies to take in those views of Windermere, and a luxurious private hot tub to soothe those walking limbs, you will not want to leave.
Step inside beautiful Cleabarrow View to a generous entrance hall leading into the large open-plan and sociable living area. This contemporary and welcoming space, warmed by underfloor heating, includes a superbly appointed kitchen with a large feature island/breakfast bar; a delightful dining area; and a sitting room boasting a cosy wood burning stove and plenty of comfortable sofas to kick back and relax on whilst enjoying the impressively large wall mounted Smart television with Sky and Netflix access. French doors from all three areas lead out to the patio, enjoying magnificent views towards the Windermere Fells and beyond.
Climb the glazed, oak stairway to the first floor where each of the three spacious bedrooms feature their own balconies and even more breath-taking views. The flexible sleeping arrangements including two bedrooms with super-king size beds and a twin room, all with zip and link mattresses which can be configured to suit your needs. The family bathroom and separate family shower room do not disappoint, with the same exceptional quality found throughout the property.
Outside, a wonderfully landscaped garden with patio area and sloped lawn enjoying beautiful views towards Lake Windermere. A rattan garden furniture suite provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and, when evening falls, immerse yourself into the private hot tub and stargaze under those dark skies.

The house is just beautiful as is the Lakeland view from the windows. The accommodation is perfectly arranged for the six of us, our grandchildren loving their large twin-bedded room complete with walk-in wardrobe! The hot tub was most welcome after a day out on the fells. As a family who love to cook, including the grandchildren (aged 9 & 7) who made us a sushi dinner one evening (!), we would have appreciated having a few extra kitchen utensils such as a sieve. a couple of mixing bowls and some kitchen scales. Apart from that, it was a wonderful week and we thank you all for making our stay so great. This is our 2nd visit to Cleabarrow and we hope to return again before too long.

Clean , tidy , comfortable, good price , quiet , lovely view , only negative was the bar stools are ripped and tatty , need replacing , apart from that five stars .
