Ewe View Lodge is a lovely modern lodge situated in the Kirkstone area of Limefitt Park. The lodge is in an elevated area of the park so benefits from stunning views of the surrounding fells. There is a sunken jacuzzi hot tub which is perfect to relax in after a long day hiking the fells. The decking area also has a seating area which is great for al fresco dining while taking in the views. Ewe View Lodge is a bright, fully equipped lodge offering a great stay for families or couples. Accommodating four guests plus an infant in a travel cot, the open plan living area is a great space to catch up at the end of the day.

Ewe View Lodge is located in one of the nicest parks in the area – surrounded by the Troutbeck Valley, with beautiful fells and views all around. Just four miles from Windermere village, a charming centre with shops, pubs and cafes; or a mile further on to the bustling Bowness with steam cruises, restaurants and shops. Back at Limefitt, you have two great local pubs in walking distance, there’s a pub and small shop on site too. You can literally walk from your front door up on the pathways above to the Garburn Pass and onto High Street. Or if you fancy a potter around lovely quiet lanes there are plenty to choose from.

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

Two bedrooms; Master bedroom with a double bed and walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and drawers, TV, En suite shower room with toilet and basin.

Second bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and drawers.

Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and electric fire.

Family bathroom full size bath with over bath shower, WC and sink.

Full gas central heating.

Gas hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave.

TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, electric fire, TV in master bedroom, wifi provided by Limefitt Park.

Sunken hot tub to be used between 10am and 10pm only.

Fuel and power included in rent.

Bed linen and towels included in rent (please bring your own leisure towels).

Parking for two cars, Decking with outdoor furniture and sunken hot tub.
