For waterside walks or scenic cruises on the iconic Lake Windermere, Waterhead Pier is just under 1 mile away – there's an electric shuttle bus if you don't fancy the stroll. In town, you might also want to try the independent cinema or visit the unique Bridge House, one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District. Within 1.5 miles, you can reach the Stock Ghyll Force waterfall, Ambleside Roman Fort, and Stagshaw Gardens.

After a day outdoors, it's an absolute treat to return to this bright and welcoming, split-level apartment.
