There were concise and well explained instructions to operate the various services and a washer/dryer. We have often seen washers but not dryers, which defeat the purpose a bit. It is just right for 2 people sleeping in different rooms; a bit small for a family. The steps outside are tricky, very narrow, you have to be stable on your feet or not carrying anything. We liked it a lot, the gardens were a joy. You could hear the traffic but not see it or smell it. The views from the sitting room were amazing.
