Me and my Girlfriend had a wonderful week in the cottage. The cottage was really Cosy and beautifully presented, heating was excellent, was spotlessly clean.It is the perfect place for a couple/individual travellers looking to get a break away in the lake district. Fabulous location in the centre of Ambleside, around 200-300 yards from the centre shops,bars and cafes. Host very helpful and quick to respond. Parking can be a little challenging due to the tight roads in and around the property, however the parking permits supplied in the property for all hours in the towns car parks just a short 2 minute walk from the property, ensured a suitable alternative. Will definitely be looking to return for our next trip to the lakes.

Very nice cosy cottage for a couple nice open fire for those chilly nights everything you need is in there perfect location the only downfall was hadn't been cleaned properly ceiling and walks where full of cobwebs and windows dirty
