The cottage is generally found to be comfortable, with sufficient heating and a well-equipped kitchen. One suggestion for improvement was the replacement of a mattress.

Facilities are extensive and appreciated, but some maintenance issues with furniture and appliances were reported. The lack of Wi-Fi and mobile reception was also a concern for some guests.

The bay window area wall gets wet, soaking the window seat cushion on days when it rains a lot. But generally comfortable and homey. Would not recommend for young children as there were several pieces of furniture and nicknacks that we had to move to make the lounge and kitchen safe.
