Our second and probably last visit to Springwell. Location is fantastic, but the house is worn and tired now. Several cracked tiles on the bathroom floor (which were an issue last year) are still not fixed and have now come loose; they are sharp and have the potential to cut your feet.The shower screen leaks, resulting in a very slippery (and dangerous bathroom floor)The main gate to the property was secured with bungicords, which didn't fill us with confidence when letting our two dogs out into the garden. A pervious review states the gate was due to be replaced, this isn't the case and a extra piece of wood has simply been screwed onto the gate. Cracked paving stones in the garden have come loose and move when walking on them, causing a hazard; one of our children tripped as a result. Given the price of the property, we would expect a far better standard. It's billed on some sites as a 4*, which it certainly does not feel like.
