Group Bookings/Party Types
No stag or hen parties are permitted. Adult only groups of more than 2 adults will not be accepted and may be refused upon arrival if not approved by the park prior to arrival. All noise must be kept to a minimum after 9:30pm. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult within the facilities building and swimming pool.

There is now an electric car charging point now available at Crake Valley. This is available to guests at a small fee to cover the cost of electricity.

Had a lovely stay at Water Yeats. The. Cabin had more facilities than wed seen adverstised such as a hairdryer, iron, and ironing-board a microwave and a dishwasher. Which was great but because not stated we took an iron and hairdryer and didnt take dishwasher tabs. We also got towels and some toiletries! So maybe this Cabins details need updating. We loved the hot tub which was easy to use. The only niggle we had was that there had been a dog in the cabin and there was some dog fluff around so felt like it hadnt had a thorough clean. Also the blanket on my bed hadnt been washed and not only smelled of damp dog but gave me an allergic reaction so I struggled to sleep . For this reason only were giving it four stars not five
