Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.  Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  .  Enclosed garden.  On-road parking with 1 free permit.  No smoking. .  You enter this cottage into the open lounge area which invites you to “come in and settle down”, kick off your boots and hang you jacket after a good day’s walking and take a seat in front of a roaring log fire.  The Cottage maintains a clean & cosy feel throughout to give you that “home from home” feel.  Moving through the cottage you enter the dining room, again with a log burner so you have the perfect social area to talk about the day’s events.  The kitchen has ample space and facilities to be able to cater for everything from a packed lunch to a full Sunday roast.  Off the dining room is a door which leads down to the cellar bedroom, an ideal cosy den with its low ceiling and king size bed.  Moving upstairs there is a family sized bathroom with a bath for soaking those aching feet or if you prefer, a shower unit over the bath.  The master bedroom is good sized and has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed layout.  The property is completed by a private patio area to the rear where you can enjoy a glass of wine on those warm summer evenings.  Windermere itself is a beautiful village with a nice selection of independent shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants so you may not even want to explore any further but for tho. . .
