Overwhelming smell and feel of damp on entering the flat. Cold and unable to control heating all week. Glass and mirrors dirty which we cleaned. Oven fell forward when opening door several times. The housing screws wouldnt stay in. Lack of oven roasting and baking pans and lids for saucepans, no oven gloves.Seems loads of items just dumped in the kitchen eg, 2 kettles, 5 frying pans and lots of old crockery. Very cluttered with ornaments all over the flat.Tiny bedroom, kept stubbing toes. Bathroom mouldy around shower (shower pressure very good), extractor fan inefficient. 2 small bath towels and one hand towel provided and 1 toilet roll for the week.Noise from the flat above depending on who was renting can be annoying. Sofas are very uncomfortable, possibly springs gone on both of them. They look OK, but they aren't.Bed was comfortable. Most pillows need replacing. The flat is extremely dated, musty and cold. The hoover smelt absolutely disgusting. Location is nice. Sorry to say the flat needs overhauling.

Good comfortable stay. All the kitchen equipment you needed. A great shower. A nice sitting area. It was a nice roomy apartment. We had to go everywhere in the car as it was too far to walk.
