Location is everything with this apartment. Right in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, with plenty of bars restaurants and shops right outside the door. Once you get into the apartment, up 2 flights of dark and dirty stairs, you will find a very well utilised space. Finished using high end materials it is unfortunately let down by the cleanliness. We found dust everywhere, even on the towels. It was like it had not been used for months but then not checked prior to our booking. The bed is a standard double not king size and the induction hob did not work. The bathroom is lovely with a good shower but nowhere to dry a towel. As I have written at the start of the review, this apartment is all about the location. If it was cleaned before each booking and there was a welcome pack/info folder this would be a great place to stay for a weekend in the Lake District.

The apartment is situated right in the centre of Bowness, near to all the main cafes, bars and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. I have seen a previous review which I think is unfair. The outer door is a little stiff to get through and the hall and steps you have to go up to get to the apartment, could do with a lick of paint. However, once entering the apartment itself, it is lovely and you could not ask for anything more for a short stay. Thanks so much.

Very lovely apartment, really modern and well fitted and loads of space for the size of it , the only thing I would critique on would be that there is only a microwave and a beer fridge which is fine but an air fryer or some other cooking options would be good as there is space for it , besides from that the apartment is very nice and you will have a good stay here x
