What a gem, loved our stay for our honeymoon/short break away. Would highly recommend this place to any couple heading to the Lake District, close to Windermere, short drive/bus or boat to Ambleside. Lovely quite secluded place. Every thing you could need is available and all on one ground floor. Me and the newly married wife will for sure be heading back here.

Bigger and better than expected, very clean and unclutered, wonderful place for country walks, wildlife and easy to drive to location with good parking. Set between two grand country hotels with bars/food open to non residents. All in all we had a good break and would like to visit again.
