No smoking.. This delightful terraced holiday cottage is ideally placed within walking distance of Lake Windermere in the lovely village of Bowness-on-Windermere. Excellent for walking or climbing, activities nearby include sailing, water sports, steamship trips on the lake or rowing-boat hire. The National Park Visitor Centre at Brockhole, and the superb Aquarium of the Lakes are close. Whilst in Bowness, the Beatrix Potter Exhibition will enchant adults and children alike, or browse the excellent choice of boutiques, tea rooms, galleries and museums. Shops, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

Beautiful cottage and very cosy , perfect location close to everything but really peaceful to . The cottage has everything you need for your stay and the bed is the comfiest bed Iv ever sleep in would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone

Lovely and warm upon arrival. Such a charming and cosy cottage with a nice sized garden. Bottle of prosecco and doggy treats very much appreciated! Excellent location, we didn't have to move the car at all once parked in the private car parking spot, just a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants and lake front. Extra logs generously left for the fire. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Can’t recommend this cottage enough, with its own private parking, a big plus in this popular area, we booked a week over the New Year and arrived to a very warm cottage, heating and lights left on for us, and bottle of Prosecco, thankyou cleaning person 👍 Comfy beds, soft towels, loved the Rustic charm of this cozy cottage, with its own private back garden, loved that we could walk from our cottage to all the delights that Bowness offers, the local pubs and restaurants plus shops and of course Windermere, we walked there for the New Year fireworks. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful cottage. Thankyou
